Previously, he specialized in sourcing high-level profiles for tech startups at GetPro in Paris.

Marc also operated as an independent consultant based in London, managing high-level recruitment for international development and IT roles in sectors such as finance, luxury, renewable energy and social work. Marc has led recruitment for renowned companies like Coca-Cola European Partners, Hermès, and McKinsey & Company.

Additionally, he served as a Software and Technology Consultant, for Software Club, where he helped identify tech companies for an investment fund and conducted interviews with software industry experts.

Marc holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the Paris School of Business and is a certified career coach from Animas School for Coaching in London.
