Sourcing

We activate our extensive database of over 10,000 top profiles and implement a specific outbound strategy, aimed exclusively at sourcing third-party talent.

Evaluation

We create interview guides to help your team assess each of the skills sought, and coach hiring managers when necessary. This saves you valuable time and ensures rigorous candidate analysis.

Closing

We assist our customers in the decision-making process by providing an overall assessment of each candidate at the end of the process. We accompany candidates between interviews to maximize their chances of conversion.

Onboarding

We pass on best practice in onboarding, and continue to liaise with candidates right up to the end of their probationary period, to ensure that their entry into the company is a success.
