Elise Marchand

Elise Marchand has proven expertise in recruitment and human resources management consulting. She joined Sonnar as a Principal in 2024, where she focuses primarily on the recruitment of Sales and Operations executives, as well as the development of talent acquisition teams for fast-growing companies operating internationally.Prior to joining Sonnar, she supported the management of Ankorstore in organizational design and team performance optimization.During her time at Doctolib, as Recruitment Manager for France, Elise played a key role in the company's hypergrowth, overseeing the acquisition of talent from 70 to 2,500 employees, as well as the launch of activities in Germany and Italy. A member of the Doctolib management team, Elise has also worked as a management coach. A graduate of Paris Dauphine University, she is bilingual in English.
