Cyrille Lafont

Cyrille is an entrepreneur with solid expertise in project management, sales, and driven by a genuine passion for the product. He co-founded Sonnar in November 2021, with the ambition of integrating Sales best practices, Lean principles and a high-performance technology stack into recruitment processes.Before creating Sonnar, Cyrille held several management positions at Theodo. He started out as a Project Director, piloting digital projects for CAC40 companies and unicorns, before specializing in sales, before taking over as head of Theodo Certified, the company's freelance business unit. In this position, he launched and developed this activity, which generated 4 million euros in sales in its first year, proving his ability to grow new businesses.Thanks to his leadership experience in developing new projects and his ability to deliver results, Cyrille is a trusted partner for ambitious companies wishing to accelerate the growth of their teams.Cyrille is a graduate of Edhec Business School.
