Thibaut Dousset

Thibaut is an entrepreneur with solid expertise in growth strategies and go-to-market. In 2021, he co-founded Sonnar alongside Cyrille Lafont, with the ambition of modernizing headhunting, still a largely artisanal industry, while building a premium brand focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.Before embarking on the Sonnar adventure, Thibaut gained significant experience at Doctolib, where he first joined the sales strategy team, before taking part in the go-to-market team. This is not his first foray into entrepreneurship: Thibaut previously co-founded Leto, a blockchain platform dedicated to the resale of event tickets.Earlier in his career, he held positions in operations and inventory management at Turo in the San Francisco area, as well as a consulting role at Roland Berger in Paris.With his entrepreneurial spirit, operational experience and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Thibaut is a trusted partner for all strategic recruitment projects.Thibaut holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris.
