Cyrille Lafont

Cyrille co-founded Sonnar in November 2021, following several years at Theodo, where he gained experience across product, project management and business development. He began as a Project Director, leading digital projects for CAC 40 companies and unicorns, before moving into business development.

He later launched and led Theodo Certified, the company’s freelancing business unit, growing it to several million euros in revenue.

As an entrepreneur with a passion for recruitment, Cyrille now draws on this experience to help ambitious companies grow their teams.
