Cyrille Lafont

Cyrille is an entrepreneur with a background in project management, sales and a passion for product. He co-founded Sonnar in November 2021, focusing on integrating sales best practices, Lean principles, and advanced tech enablement tools into the headhunting process.

Before launching Sonnar, Cyrille held various leadership roles at Theodo. He started as a Project Director, managing digital projects for CAC40 companies and unicorns, then transitioned into sales before becoming the Head of Theodo Certified, Theodo's freelance division. In this role, he was responsible for launching and scaling the company’s freelance business. The activity generated 4M€ revenues on the first year, demonstrating his strong ability to grow new ventures.

His combination of leadership in scaling businesses and track record of delivering results on strategic projects for demanding clients, make Cyrille a trustworthy partner for ambitious companies willing to scale their teams.
