Thibaut Dousset

Before co-founding Sonnar in 2021, Thibaut gained experience across strategy consulting, operations, go-to-market and entrepreneurship. This diverse background gave him a strong understanding of growth strategies and sparked his ambition to help business leaders scale their companies.

At Doctolib, he first joined the commercial strategy team before moving into go-to-market, where he helped grow the paramedical specialties segment in France. Earlier in his career, he worked in operations and inventory management at Turo in the San Francisco Bay Area, and as a consultant at Roland Berger in Paris.

Sonnar is not Thibaut’s first entrepreneurial venture: he previously co-founded Leto, a blockchain-based platform for reselling event tickets. His entrepreneurial and operational experience, combined with his understanding of growth challenges, now shapes his approach to strategic hiring and client relationships.
