Allison Zellvegre

Before joining Sonnar in 2025, Allison was Managing Director of Cultur’in the City, which she grew to €3.5 million in revenue while bringing the business to profitability.

Her career spans entrepreneurship, business development and the launch of new ventures. At Theodo, she developed expertise in B2B sales and talent acquisition, while at Wonderbox she contributed to the company’s international expansion by launching its operations in Spain, Italy and Belgium.

At Sonnar, Allison primarily works on CEO and CRO searches, as well as other key leadership roles supporting companies through periods of growth and organisational development. Having led a company herself, she brings a pragmatic perspective to recruitment and a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by the leaders she works with.
