Joséphine Poupard Bouteiller

Joséphine spent nearly ten years working in high-growth startups and scale-ups, including Doctolib and OVRSEA.

During that time, she developed extensive experience across Sales, Go-to-Market and Marketing, while also building and leading teams. She then spent two years in Italy, where she advised Italian startups and the local subsidiaries of French tech companies on Go-to-Market and Growth.

After returning to Paris, she joined Sonnar in 2026, where she now brings her operational experience and knowledge of the tech ecosystem to executive searches for founders and investors.
