Florian Ceyrat

Florian joined Sonnar as a Partner in 2025, after building his career in executive recruitment, both in search firms and in-house. He primarily works with private equity-backed companies, with a particular focus on CEO, CFO and COO searches.

Before joining Sonnar, Florian built and led the Talent Acquisition function at iad, a private equity-backed PropTech unicorn, overseeing the team at group level. He previously worked in Executive Search at Korn Ferry, where he led searches for listed and investor-backed companies, before joining Erevena and playing a key role in launching and growing its Paris office.

His experience on both the in-house and advisory sides of recruitment gives him a deep understanding of the challenges involved in hiring senior executives and other strategic talent.
