Jeanne Sergent

Jeanne joined Sonnar in 2023 after gaining first-hand experience of scaling a B2B startup.

As the first employee at e-learning startup On Train, she helped grow the company to more than 400 clients, before taking on the roles of Head of Operations and later Head of Talent.

At Sonnar, she has developed particular expertise in executive and strategic hiring across Tech, Product and People. Her operational background gives her a practical understanding of the organisational challenges her clients face and enables her to advise them on key hiring decisions.
