Noémi Soubeyran

Noémi has spent several years working closely with technology companies on senior leadership hires. Before joining Sonnar in early 2025, she spent more than four years at Spencer Stuart, where she worked on the identification and recruitment of senior executives across the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors.

She began her career at Devoteam, where she helped launch and develop the Google Cloud partnership in France and across Europe, before moving into Executive Search.At Sonnar, Noémi primarily works on CEO and COO searches, as well as senior Revenue roles, for venture capital and private equity-backed companies. She combines extensive Executive Search experience with a strong understanding of technology businesses and the challenges they face as they scale.
